Centerville, April 15. - The situation has oot materlally clianged. The niiners meeting at Ceiiterviüe was largely attcuded, but the meeting was secret and but llttlo of the proceediugs were given out. Thcy deoided, however, to keep up the siege at Ciuciuuati and the mines along tho Milwaukee road which have also gone to work at less than the regular rates. The situation from the outside has a more serious aspect thaa heretoforo. The strikers who canio up to attend the meeting went b;ick ín squads and were reinforced. The military is still on ;luty and will probably be reiuforced by other compauies.
