Americans In Trouble

Condón, April 25.- Edward A. Weber and Louis H. Perlman, the two Americana who were arrested here July 17, charged with fraudulent adverttslnff, and who were subsequently reloased on bail, did not arpear this morniiiK when ;they were called for trial. Their bail was forfeited and warrants were issued for their arrest.
