-Milwaukke, April BÖ. - Emil Sanger, a brother of W.lter Sangor, tho bicyclist, was shot and killed by Robert Luscomb, ex-city attorney, and Lusoomb is on bail Sanger and Luscomb are brothers-in-law and there has been bad blood in the family for a number of years. Sanger's wife is a sister of Luscomb. She sought shelter in Luscomb's house, claiming thather husband was ill-treating her. As a matter of f act her body is black and bine from the beatings her husband has given lier. Sanger was the president of tho C. M. Sanger Sons company, manufacturera ol sash, doora and bllndB. Luscomb is the son of one of Milwaukee'a oldest and best known families and is a leading lawyet with a large practice. Luscomb says that Sanger had been making threats against hiin for several niontbs and had declared he would kill him (Luscomb) on sight. On the fatal oooaslon Luscomb says Sanger came to his house at 11:45 p. in. and began kick ing at his door. As he (Sanger) had warned his wife that he would kill her if slio went to Luscomb'g he was afraid for his own and his sister's safety, and ha flred the fatal shot.
