What is needed is a plain fire-proof buidiug, and an irtist who is also a good business rnau. rhen oue of the greatest art schools in America can be built up. A good man vvith the necessary work could arrange great art loan exhibits, which would bring thousands of visitors to the university. The exhibit in Cleveland two y-ears ago netted over $20,000 to the oause oL charity. Such au exhibit during the months of January and February would be a great e vent. The ra.ilroads would gladly give reduced fares. It could be made one of the events of the year.
