Washington, Aug. 22.- W. T. Lyon, presidencial postmaster aC Selma, Cal., has been removed because he recontly published in hi9 paper, The Irrlgator, an article reflecting on President Cleveland. Lyon was a Democrat and was appointed about a year ago.
