Arbitrating A Scale Of Prices

St. Louis, Sept. 19.- Thirty delegates, representing the coal miners in St. Clair county, and ten operators representing tho leading firms that handle tho product of that district, are holding a meeting at East St. Louis to arbítrate the question of a uniform scale of wages to conform with the scale prior to the miners' strike of 1894.
