Williams gathered the last of his peach erop Ocober 21. Miss O. White, of Port Huren, has an interesting class in silk einbroidery. Prof. and Mrs. C. M. Fuller, of Mooreville, were the gnests of Mr. and Mrs. G. R. Williams from Friday uutil Monday. The K. of P. have organized a fine lodge in Milan. Miss S. Bgaer is entertaining guests from Port Huron. Sam Egner, the night operator at the Wabash depot, will go to Delray as day operator this week.G. Kellogg was a Milan visitor the last of the week. Rev. and Mrs. Shier are entertaining guests from abroad this week. Mrs. Clark has retnrned from her Toledo visit. Mr. and Mrs. Kinear hava retnrned froin their Adrián snjourn. Prof., and Mrs.Carrick and daughter Hazel went to Dundee Friday evening and staid un til Monday èvening. Wm. Needham and son are putting in a stock of groceries in conneetion with their bakery. Win. E. Howard, of sugar fame, returned to Milan Wednesday, after a seven years' sojourn in New York. The D. of R. will have oysters at the temple Wednesday evening at their nsual supper hour. Mrs. W. Gay is visiting friends in Wisoonsin. Mr. and Mrs. Wiley Dexter and Lena, of Ypsilanti, speat Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Wilton Hack Mrs. Bray is with her mother who is very ill at Grass Lake. Mrs. O. Chapín left Wedaesday with her father, Ira Remmingfcoii, for Weston, Mioh., where he will speud the winter witli Kis daughter, Mrs. Pierce. Rev. J. P. Hutchinson,of Ann Arbor, will give au interesting stereoptioan lecture at the Presbyterian ohurch the evening of Ootober 28. The O'Bangonus Jubilee singers gave a fine concert at the M. E. church Satarday and Monday evenings. Married, Monday, Oct. 20, by Rev. J. Ward Stone, Mr. Gilbert Kellogg to Mrs. Cora Kellogg, at the bride's residence on Tolon street. Born topVir. and Mrs. Fred Wilson, a son, October 16. The M. E. ladies will indulge in an old fashioned Thauksgiving dinner with a mean f all of goodies.
