Ex-bank President Arrested

Stevens Point, Wis., Oct. 31.- Emmons Burr, president of the Commercial bank, whioh suspended last spring, was arrested upon a vrrit of ne exeat issued by Judge Webb of the circuit court. Tho application was made by the rcceiver and ■was accoinpanied by several affidavits, araong other things charging that real estáte transfers made by Burr are fraudulent and void, and made tor the purposc of defrauding his creditors. Bonds werc flxed at $15,000.
