D. 1887, )y John Pflsterer and AnnaPHsterer, his wife, o Christian Mack and Frederiek Schmid, whereby the power of sale thereiu contained las become operative, which mortgage was reeorded in the office of the rogister of deeds n the county of Washtonaw, state of Michiitan. on the 31.stdayof August aforesaidinLIber 72 of Mortgages, ou page 228, on whieh mortg-age there is claimed to be due at the date of this notice the sum of eight hundred and eighty six dollars, and no proceedings at law or in equity having been instituted to collect thesaidsumof money or any part thereof.
