London, NoV. 14.- Headed "Should Dunraven Apologlze?" the St James Gaectttpublishes a leadiugarticle in which it (i'iiin severely criticises his lordship. It says : "Lord Dunraven nrrived in New York with the proconceiyed idea that the Defender peopie were going to play thia trick upon him and huving expected it was going to bo done he fouud an easy wuy to con vinco himself." Lot Him Prove It. The artiele conoludes: "Let Lord Dunraven return to New York and asslat tho New York Yacht club cominittee in its iiivestigtitioii. lf he can prove ie we know the Amerieans well enotigh to believethat they will aeknowledge he lias been wronged. If he does not prove it the accuser ovfes Ć.Ir. Iselin and othors a very handsome apology. Otherwlse we are afraid that most peopie will think that temper and raortiƱeation betrayed him into beharing rather badly." The Yachting World says that British yaehtsmen "will want more than merely idle assertions before they disbelieve Lord Dunraven," and adds: "The whole history of the cup contesta ia one of jugglery upon the part of the Americana wiio are not the best of sportsraen. ' '
