Chatham, Oct., Nov. 14.- At Thamesville, near here, the residence of William Cameron was gutted by fire. When tho flames were subdued the body of Cameron was found lying oa the floor scarcely touched by lire, with the side of his heatl b.itcered in. Ttiere was no lightetl stove in the house and it is believud the man was murdered and the houso fired to covei the crime.
