August Linde has traded bis valuable young driving horse to Mrs. Dr. Iddings, who will drive him upon her ■urrey. Will Wacker and Miss Emma Upkaus visited at Iron Creek on Sunday. C. A. Bullard and wife visited at Clinton last week. Mr. and Mrs. George D. Pardee ■went to Cambridge last week to attend tbe wedding of Cora Belle Allen to James Christler, of Detroit. The young people held a dancing party aD the residence of Frank Dresselhouse last evening. J. J. Walter and wife visited at Clinton on Monday. Mr. O. A. Bullard will sell a large amount oí' personal property on bis farm in South Sharon on Friday, Nov. 29. A. C. Aylesworth is the auctioneer. Misses Myrtie Kuhl and Minnie Uphaus visited at E. M. Fier ce 's over Sunday. August Seymer, of Oak Park, Wis., ■who bas been in Sharon on business, kas returned home. David DuBoise, Louis Wisner and Clayton Avery are preparing to start for Alítbama about Dec. 1. They will probably drive through with horses and ■waon. The young hunters of East Sharon, headed' by John Uphaus, defeated the kier nimroi s, led by Antón Uphaus, in a match hunt last Friday. Refresbments were served in the evening at the residence of VVm. B. Meyer. Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Smith are in Chicago on a visit to their son Bert.
