Lubin Proposition Hangs Fire

Worcesteu, Mass., Nov. 31.- Tho natloual grange had a spice of excitement injected into H when a discussion of the Lubin proposition was opened. This proposition provides for legislation by the national govermnent that will givo a bounty on all agricultural products exported as well as a bounty lor shipping. The proposition was doleated by the grange two years ago. This time the delegates siemed to bc about evenly divided on the question. Final action was postponed.
