Washington, Nov. 38.- The attorney general gas received a telegram from United States Marshall Williams at Paris, Tex., stating tliat three men and an 11-ycar-old boy had been found murdered in the Indian Territory road of the Red river. All were strangera in the country. Instructions are asked as to iheir burial and a request.is made that the govemment offer a reward for the apprehonsion of the murdcrers. The attorney general has offered $500 reward.
