, Shamokin, Pa., Jan. 2.- The locomotive and nfceen box cars oE a Northeru Central freight traia were tumbled into 1 hanna river, two miles below Georgetown last night. Twenty other freight cars were thruwn across the tracks and coinpletely blocked travel. An immensa bouider woighing several tons had been looseiied trom the inountain side by a storm, and feil on tho track in front of the train. Six men went into the river wlth the wreek and sustainod severa injuries. Followinft are the injured: Bailey Kennedy, of Sunbury, and W. B. Schetze, of Dauphin, both seriously injured; Calvin Cooper, brakeman, Sunbury, ankles dislociited, lrigs bndly brciaedj Harry Schuro, brakenian, of Sunbury, crushed about shoul.lera; Matthew Ñeely, of Shamokin, a rider, severely bruised and cut; Harry Angle, of Philadolphia, a rider, foot crushed. The engine was totally wrecked, as were also the cara that followed it, all of which were loaded with coal. The train was running at the rate thirty miles an hour.
