GLASGOW, Feb. 13.—The Herald of this city says it learns that Mr Gladstone is greatly inclined to stand again for parliament at the first available opportunity, in order to support the Armenians. The Herald adds that Mr. Gladstone does not conceal his conviction that both political parties in Great Britain have betrayed Armenia.
