New York Sun In More Trouble

New York, Feb. 27.- On aocount of an Article which appeared in the New York Sun ïhursday, Feb. 80, William M. Laffan, publisher of that paper, has been served with a summons t.o appear beiore Judge Crane at tho ïonibs pólice oourt. He is charged with criminal libel. The complaint is Ernest F. Birmingliam, editor of The Fourth Estáte, a newspaper espeoially devotod to newspaper publishers, who says The Sun has libeled hiin.
