A fellow giving his name as "James Dnffy" was np bef ore Justice Pond Monday morning ou a charge of being drank and disorderly. "Duffy's" arrest was made the oight bef ore by Del Keeler. Keeler isn't a deputy as anybody knows 01 but he seemed to have a good enough uuderstanding with the sheriff to have the prisoner taken in. "Duffy, "' it is said, had already been at the jail that night aud bad tried to be taken in and cared for but he was refused adiaittance, and forthwith went and got drank.
