Washington, March 5. - The Pacifio railroads committee of the house Wednesday listened to a statement by James Monroe, the freight traffic manager for the receivers of the Union Pacific. From statistics concerning the earnings of the road for severul years he drew the conclusiĆ³n that no gross earnings exceeding $11,000,000 could ba counted upon for the future.
