New York, March 5. - The steamship New York, of the International Navigation comp&nj'i line, ailed Wednesduy under command of Captain Hawkins. Captain Grant, who vrus in command of the steamsr when she want aground on Saturdaj, has resigned. Vico Presiden James A. Wrighs announoed that the company had ruceived tho reeignation of Captain Grant, to taks effect immediately. "I must lay," said Mr. Wright, "that.
