The great craze this campaign willbe the campaign button. A firm at Newark, N. J. ia turning out these buttons for different candidatos as fast as they can keep their machiuery going. MoKinley has had a great nnmber of buttons turned out and the other presidential aspirants -wil! not be long in following his example. Mr. Reeds' button is s?id to be a cat in a bracket with a reed as a part of the pictnre. This is of course an acrostio for the speaker's name, Thomas Brackett Reed. In Michigan Pingree was the first to flood the state with his well known features. This week, however, Aitken sent a few of his buttons into Washtenaw and O'Donnell and Couant will no doubt be on deok soon with these prüduots of the 1896 campaign. It is notuulikely that the boys will be oollecting the buttons the same as they do stamps and tobáceo tin tags.
