The bondsmen of ex-County Treasurer Suekey are experiencing a great dead of troubte, botdi in effeoting a settlement and in urgiing tlue prosecution of Mr. Sufekey. A. .T. Saiwyer, who was retaiïied in the case of the board, of supervisors va, the bondsmen on, belialf of the defend'ants, has wfithdi-awn from tlie case. The reasoa is obvious.
