Brown was completad Tuesday aud the taking of testiinony commenced Wednesday. San Francisco, Maroh 26.- Mrs. Davtlson was acquitted on the charge of extorting 500 from Rev. C. O. Brown, who was the only witness. Brown testifled ha paid the money, not underfear oí exposure, but to obtain evidence against Mrs. Davidson. Court then instructed the jury to acá uit.
