Mrs. Siver then instituted snit against Mr. Westfall for damagea claiming that jer husband had had something to drink in the bar, and obtained a verdict for $1,100. Mr. Westfall had in the meantime deeded a farm to his wife 'or ■which it was proven she gave a valnable consideration and this prevented a levy on the property. On Friday Jndge Carpenter, of Wayne county, ordered the deed set aside, the property transferred back to Mr. Westfall, and Capt. Allen appointed receiver to take oharge of the property. Mr. Wesfcfall will carry the case to the supreme court saying: "It is hard wheu you know ;hat yon are in no way to blame that snch a judgment shonld be rendered and as I have fonght it thus far I may as well go all the way. ' '
