DEFAULT HAVING BEEN MADE IN THE conditions of a certaiu mortgage beurIng date the 4th day of April, 1893, made by Cüarles H. Leouard to Patrick Grogan and recorded in the office of the Résister of Deeds of Washtenaw County, Michig-an, in Liber 82, of Mortg-ages on Page ''Zn, on the 7th day of April, 1833, on which mortgage there is claim-r ed to be due at the date of this notice the sum of eight hundred and fortynine dollars and sixty cents and no suit or proceeding at law or in equity having been instituted to recover the money secured by said mortgage or any part thereof. Now, therefore, by virtue of the power of sale, contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case provided, notice is hereby given that on Saturday, the llth day of July, 1896, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, there will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder at the east front door of the court house, in the City of Ann Arbor, that being the place of holding the Circuit Court for eaid County. the premises described in said mortgage, or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay the amount due on said mortgage and the expenses of this foreclosure provided for by law. The premises to be sold are described as foilows: The north-east quarter of the south-east quarter of section nine in the towuship of Northfield, Washtenaw County, Mich.
