HAMILTON, Ont., May 14. - At the session of the Anglican synodr of Niágara Wednesday Canon Dumouün of Toronto received alniost a unanimous election as bishop of the Niágara diocese as successor to Bishop Hamilton. It is believed Canon Dumoulin will accept.
