Street Cominissioner Ross -wishes to oall erar citizes' attentioii to his arrangements for attending to the cleanings from the city's gutters. These gutters shoiüd be cleaued Friday evenings and the refuse made into neat piles in the street. Then notice should se sent to the street commissioner who will see to it that the refuse is removed early Saturday.
