Mrs. James Burnett and daughter, Zora, spent Sunday with Webster friends. Wm. K. Childs, of Ann Arbor. was the guest of E. R. Fields and family Sunday. Mrs. Nancy Spiegelberg is still very ill. Her father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. King, of Plyraouth, are with her at the pretent time. The Good Templara hold district lodge session here tomorrow afternoon, commencing at 2 o'clock. The Ladies' Aid will have an ice cream social, tomorrow evening, in the grove. Proceeds go to the pastor. Every one invited. Miss Lillie Alexander, of Ann Arbor, is the guest of Miss Clara Green this week. John Weismeyer spent a part of last week with friends in Dixboro. Fred Schwart spent Sunday with Hamburg friends. Miss Blanche Jacobs, of Ann Arbor, was the guest of her cousin.Miss Carrie Barker, over Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. D. A. Pray, of Grand Rapids, visited his father, Joe Pray, of this place over Sunday. Rev. Hicks attended conference in Cleveland the past week. He will deliver a memorial service to the old soldiers at Whitmore Lake, Sunday evening, May 24, at 7 :30 o'clock. There will be a May party at the Clifton House this evening.
