F. Commauder of Welch Post, 6. A. R., of this city, lias issned the followlng orders relativo to tlie exereises of Decoratlon Day: 1. In obedience to general orders froin national headquarters, Memorial Day, Saturday, May 30, will be observed by this Post. 2. Each comrade will report at tlie Post Room at S a. ui., Saturday, May 30, 1S96. 3. A detaclimeut will be conveyed to St. Thomas' cemetery, starting at 9 o'clock sharp, wlio will properly decórate tlie graves of our departed comrades there; and on its return to the court house, the Post will fall in and maren to Forest Hill eemetery, where services in accordance witji the ritual will be observed, after whieh the graves will be decora ted; the Post reassembled and marched back to hall to disband. 4. The comrades will assemble at the Post Room at 1 o"clock sharp, and as soon thereafter as possible fall in and march down to Huron st, east on Hnron to opposite the south door of court house, where they will be joined by Joe T. Jacobs Camp, S. of V., Co. A, M. N. G., and such other organizations and citizens, either on foot or in carriages, as wish to join with them in the exercises of the day. Tlie parade to be under tlie direction of Major Soule, marshal of the day, to whom all organiza tions are requested to report. From whence they w7ill proceed to the Fifth ward eemetery, wliere the graves will be decorated. and the exercises of the afternoon observed. 5. The comrades will again assemble at the Post Room at 7 p. m. and march to the T'niversity to take part in the services to be observed in Unirersity hall. 6. A'll old soldiers are cordially invited to fall in with the Post, thvis lending their assistanee in observing the exercises of the day. 7. The comrades will assemble at the Post Room on Snnday morning. May 24. and be ready to mareh at 10 o'cloek a. m. sharp. for the purpose of listening to a memorial sermón at the Unitarian churcli. S. The comrades will assemble at the Post Room on Friday, May 29, at 1:30 p. m.. and march to the High School hall for the purpose of attending Patriot's Day exercises to be held there.
