Albeit Trolz has a new bioyole. Henry Steinigeweg has been repairing his barns. Mrs. Helen Pardee is visiting her sister at Morrice. L. E. Hulbert has been repairing and enlargng his barns. Mrs. Herman Meyer has been quite ill for a few days. Miss Sarah Bertke will téach the fall term of school at Rowe Corners. Several of our teachers will attend the summer school at Ann Aibor. George Babnmiller went to Fxeedom on Monday last to atteud the funeral of his jnotber. Mrs. E. M. Pierce has returned from a three weeks' visit with her parents at Lansing. A large delegation from Sharon attended the celebration at Manchester on the Fourth of July. Miss Minnie Uphaus, who has been staying at E. M. Pierce's for a few weeks, bas returned to her home. Prof. Samuel Osboro, of JManistee, who has beeu vistiug his pareuts here, has gone to Buffalo to spend a few weeks with relatives. While Martin Bristle was cutting grain for W. B. Osborn he stepped in front of the knives and while in that pösition the team started, catching his clothing and serionsly injuring him. Dr. Iddings attended him.
