Signs The Amalgamated Scale

PlTTSBDRG, July 23.- Over 4,000 men, employés of the National Rolling mili at McKeesport, have been granted the Amalgamated scale, and all the milis of the company, it is expected, will soon be at work on doublé turn. The scale price is based on an increase for puddling from $4 to Si.50. The increase to puddlers raises the wages lor puddlers accordingly.
