HALIFAX, X. S.. Aug. 18.- Judgment was delivered bv the chief justice in the ndinir;ilty ïuesday in the case of the seized American fishing schooner, Frederick Gering, sustaininer the seizure and ordering the vessel forfeited to the Canadian government. The Gering was seized for fishing withiu the three-mile limit.
