Cleveland, Aug. 18.- Jacob Kozmider aml Frank Waloschek, two Poles, eugaged in an altercation Monday morning. Hot words led to blows. Kozmider rushed to the woodshed and foand a rusty ax. He found his antagonist in the yard and buried the ax in his brain. He then threw the weapon into a pool of water and walked to the station, whero he surrendered himself, elaiming tliat he did the act In self-defense. Waloschek is nnirried to Kozmider' sister.
