Failure In Glassware

Philadelphia, Aug. 25.- The firni of B. J. Allen, Son & Co., wholesale dealers in glass and ehinaware, made an assignment for the benefit of its creditora. The fail ure was due to an execution beingissued on jiulgment notes aggregating J50,000. The liabilities will probably reach 1250,000. Striugency in the money market is given as the cause of the failure.
