The bank closed lts doors Monday, glvingasa reason that it was unable to realiza upon its assets. ïuesdny morning Deputy Sheriff Cowau called at the younger Chureh's house ta serve a writ of uttaehinent. When Chureli saw him, he locked the door and iuamedintely afierward three plstol shots were heard. The door was broken in and Mr. and ilr.-i Church were l'ound lying ou the floor, the former dead and the latter fatall; wounded. The eldar Church has disappeared.
