Debs Will Answer The Charges

Terre Haute, Ind., Sept. 15. - Eugene V. Debs left Tuesday for Galvestoa, Tex., where the Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen is holding its annual setsion. Mr. Debs goes to answer the charges preferred against him during the period of his secretaryship of the order in a speech made at Monday's meeting by F. W. Arnold, present secretary of the brotherhood.
