Cantón, O., Oct. 14. - A special train of six coaches arrived Tuesday momtng, after being enroute sinee 5 o'clock Monday evening, bearlng miners, mechanics and other citizens oí Lehigh Valley, Penn. The inclement weather still contiues and the visltors were taken to the Tabernacle, where Major McKinley vvent to receive thelr grreetIngs. They gave hím a most enthusiastic reception and applauded hls address to the echo. The visitors were introduced by ex-Congressman Charles N. Brumm.
