Tbe coinmon council and the supervisors of tbe ssveral wards of the city met Wednesday to accept the registratiou of such votera as were unable to register tbe day previous. Amoug those-who put iu tbeir appearance were about,20 stndeuts. The lawyers differed in tbeir opinious aa to the iuterpretation of the coustitntioDal proviBion. It was floally decided to register the Dames of tbose who had applied aud make test cases of two of them, one married aud on nmiiarried persou. Their votes will be challenged aud they will be prosecnted. The cases will be oarried to the supreme court and the decisión of tliat body will be accepted as final. i Dr. Johu Kapp will go north on his aniiual hnnting trip next week.
