Milwaiikee. Nov. 3.- Election day opensd bright and clear in spite of oificial predlctions to the contrary. Voting began promptly at sunrise, and the polling booths attracted steady streams of men. West Superior, Wis., Nov. 4.- Pully one-third of the vote of the city was cast before 10 o'clock and the biggest poll in the history of the city was in by 4 o'clock.
