St. Paul, Nov. 3. - Crisp, cool, clear weather and unusual interest brought out voters early, and fully half the total registration had been voted by 10 o'clock. Duluth, Minn., Nov. 3. - The weather here was cold and disagreeable and there was a slight fall of snow. Early voting was heavy. There was little excitement.
