Gov. Rioh has issued the following Thanksgiving proclamation : "In accovdance with the oustom houored in its obsérvanos, I hereby desígnate Thursday, November 26, as a day of thauksgiving. "Upon that day let all secular busiD6ss be laid aside and the day devoted to exercises and recreatiou suitable to the occasion. Religious and politioal differences of opinión should be forgotten and as citizens of a comomn ocuntry, alike interester! in upholding its honor and maintaining its laws, let ns aesemble in our honses of worship anc in grateful recognition of the manifoli blessings Providenoe bas showered upon us reverently thank God for the peaoe and prosperity that has fallen to ou lot.
