Gov. Rioh has issued the following Thanksgiving proclamation : "In accovdance with the oustom houored in its obsérvanos, I hereby desígnate Thursday, November 26, as a day of thauksgiving. "Upon that day let all secular busiD6ss be laid aside and the day devoted to exercises and recreatiou suitable to the occasion.
