Raised A $2 Bill To $10

St. Louis, Nov. 10.- S. M. Allen, who says he is a Princeton college student and the heir of a rich aunt living near Vincennes, Ind., was arrested Tuesday on the charge of raising $2 silver certificates to $10. United States Secret Service Detective Murphy, who made the arrest, says a great many of these bilis were passed in Evivnsville, Vincennes, Terre Haute and other Indiana cities, and that they have been traeed to Allen.
