Cotton Crop Returns

Washington, Nov. 10.- Owing presumably to the presidential election, the returns of the department correspondents as to the comparatlve and prospective yield of 3 cotton erop are too meager for a trustworthy report. Such reports as have been received indicate a somewhat greater yield than was promised in last months' report.
