On Saturday Prosecnting Attorney Raudal! made the following recominendations regardiDg the disposal of the cases against the several parties : The People va. Wm. F. Hanson, charged with embezzling from the drug firni of Eberbach Co., while in tbeir employ as olerk. Discbarged froni cnstody on payment of amonut embezzled. The People vs. Charles Elmer, charged with stealiog a watch from a young lady friend. This young lady reverses her testimony in the case, and so defendant cannot be convicted. Case dismissed. The People vs. Benjamin Fraukenstein, charged with breakiug jail. Defendant has been in jail for about fonr montbs awaiting trial and Mr. Randall believes this to be sufficieut punishment. Prisoner released. The People vs. Michael Klotz, for obtaining money UDder false pratenses. Cao 't convict and case dismissed. The People vs. Daniel Tracy. Snit on account of a quarrel over line fence. Defendant is over 70 yeais old and his memory is failing. Case dismissed.The People vs. Charles Wesley, cbarged with resisting an olficer, who bad no warraut for his arrest. Evidence couflicting and conviction improbable. Dismissed. The People vs. Wm. Taylor, charged with stealing a watch from a man at Polhenms' stables. Tne man was asleep when the watoh was taken and cannot positively identify the thief. Dismissed. The People vs. JefEerson Lewis, charged with non-snpport. Has since become an occnpant of the county house. Dismissed.
