Amnesty For Over 500 People

Washington, Nov. 24.- The state department is informed that the President tf Nicaragua has granted amnesty to over 500 persons implicated in the . reivoludtion oL last February and the revolution of Sept. 8 last. The members of the rebel government and thé principal generáis of the defeated forces are not included in the pardon.
