There are 182,409 families iu inoorporated cities. The average nnmber to a family there is 4.50; in the country, 4.88. The nnmber of dwellinprs in the state is reported at 483,085. Tbe total popnlation is 2,241,641, an average of 4.68 persons to each dweiling. There are 15,233 dwellings occupied by une person and 792 by 2) persons and over.
