Over in Cbelsea the teachers in tbe high school get some very peculiar auswers to their written questions. Last week the physics class was nndergoing au exumiuation of this kind and tbe high school correspondent of the Chelsea Standard gives the following two specimens of answers received : "Among the questions asked were 'What are the conditions of matter?' and, 'What are unorystalized substanoes oalled?' The answer to the former was 'Nobility, expensibility, verooity, duotability and tensity' and to tbe latter 'An uorystalized sabstanou is oalled atmospheric. ' "
