Cotton Mills To Close Down

New York, Feb. 9.- A Montreal dispatcli to The Evening Post says: It is luinored that many of the cotton milis of Canada are to be closed down for three months, the proprietors claiming: that they have stock enough on hand to warrant their doing this, in view ot the dull times.
