Arthur Kilte, son of Wm. Kilts, deceased, a young man about 25 years of age, living in Webster, was brongbt to Aun Arbor, Taesday night, by Depnty Sheriff Bell. of Dexter. He is sutïering frorn aoute roania, the result of a deraugemeut of nis inind, froin the effects of a fever he had last fall. He imagines tbat someoue is following him all the tune with the iutent to kill him, and is oorrespoadiugly enraged thereat. On Taesday his brother and he had a qaarrel over some matter and the unfortanate youug man seized a revolver and threateued to shoot bia brother. Another brothei asked him to give np the revolver, but he would not do so, and theu Depnty Bell was sent for and he was bronght to Ann Arbor. Drs. y. A. Jones and E. A. Clark examiued into the young maa's condition Wednesday afternoon and decided t-hat he was mentally uubalauced. An applioation has been flled with Jndge of Probate Newkirk to seud him to Pontiac Insane Asylnm. The oase will donbtless be disposed of today.
