At a session of the i bate Court for tbe County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the Cilyof Ann ' Arbor, on Friday, the 28th day oí February, in the yearone thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven. In tbe matter of the estáte of Tbeobald Seyler, deeeased. ón reading and flling the petition duly verifled, of Louisa Armbruster. praying that a certain instrument now on file in this Court, purportingto be tne last will and testament of said deeeased, may be admitted to probate and that administration of said estáte may i be granted to Daniel Seyler, one of tbe executorsinsaid will named, or tosome othersuitable person. , Thereupon it is ordered, that Saturday, the 27th day of March, next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for tbe hearing of said petition, and that the devisees, legateee, aiia heirsat lawof said deeeased, and all other 'persons interested in eaid estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause, it' any tbere be, why the prayer of the petitioner should. not be granted: And it is further ordered tbat said petitioner grive notice to tbe persons interested in said estáte, of the ipendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of beariner.
